I was contacted by email to schedule an in person interview. When I arrived there we had to wait for a few people coming for the panel interview. They explained more what the job was than asking me questions relevant to how my skills and experience might be a fit for the position. Some people barely asked me any questions, and one person came in halfway through the interview. They did not even go over the fact the job is temp to perm, which is a I feel relevant and crucial fact to mention. I found myself disinterested by the end of the interview at that point. It was probably one of the most disorganized interviews I have ever gone to.
