Very straightforward to the point questions about my experiences and technical abilities. It was a very quick 15 minute interview. The interviewers were very nice and friendly and seemed to be open to what the candidates had to say. Overall nothing too difficult.

I submitted my application through a staffing agency. They spoke very highly of DEKA and stated that they had many people who had been hired full time after their temp contract was up. They also explained that it was a good company to grow in. I received a call for an interview a few days later. My interview was on a Friday and I got a call the following Monday, saying that they wanted me to start that Wednesday.

Asked about my experience. Asked about the degree I am currently pursuing. Offered to transfer me to a department where I would be able to make use of my degree after being hired full time.
