Round 1: HR Interview Behavioral Questions, Software Concept related questions and a quick review of your resume Round 2, 3, 4: Technical Interview with Engineers from the Control Team Review of your resume. Technical Questions based on the information provided in your resume as well as the answers which you give during Resume review. Questions were straightforward and covered mostly the basics of Control Systems, Control System Modeling and Design concepts of Control Systems. One of the interviewer was in a hurry to complete the interview and hardly cared answering the questions I asked about the company. Onsite Interview: Panel Interview (4-5 interviewers from the Controls Team) This panel interview will have questions related to your resume, Control Engineering, Physics puzzles and Software puzzles. This round also has a Whiteboard interviewing format, wherein you get to explain concepts / your answers on Whiteboard. The round wasn't hard, but was intimidating. Worst part about this round was, there were instances when all the interviewers would get busy reading something on their laptop for extended times and wouldn't listen to what I am explaining. I lost interest midway due to this attitude of the interviewers. They mocked me about the details I spoke while explaining some of the research projects of mine, when they had no clue about the specific research work and the domain I worked on. This I felt was very unprofessional. The main interviewer hardly made an attempt to answer some of the questions I asked about the company. Overall experience wasn't great and I didn't worry much about the result of the interview. I was convinced that I wouldn't work for a company having seniors who hardly showed any interest in knowing about a newbie. I already had better offers in hand and didn't worry much about the outcome.
