Interview
It's very hard to get in interview unless you are referred by someone in the company but definitely not impossible as they do search for people when the role has to be filled. The interview is technical and full of brain teasers and/or problems to test your knowledge. This was made a little more stressful by the 4 mechanical engineers sitting in on the interview. Still, almost everyone is very intelligent, kind, and helpfull.

Interview
Went through my resume and asked me to talk about my past experience. Then they asked for my salary expectations. Interviewer went on hold for 5 minutes but forgot to mute. I heard him say "this guy wants us to match his FAANG level engineering salary and is dreaming. No one needs that much money." Extremely disrespectful and I hung up and blocked them. Why are they even attempting to recruit people from FAANG if they cant match the salary. Absolute buffoonery.
Good semi-technical questions and brain teasers. The team was friendly and shared good information about the company. There was one phone screen and one in person interview with a small team of employees.
