I applied online. I interviewed at DEKA Research and Development (Manchester, NH) in May 2022
Interview
Had two interviews, took a while to hear back after the first. The first came a couple weeks after applying. First was a phone screening. Second interview was awkward and they seemed like they didn't even know what to ask me about so we just talked about my experience. The interviewers just seemed so stuck up and uninterested that it was really hard to shine even though i know i was a great fit. I didn't really expect to move forward because the vibes were overall just bad.
Best part is, they weren't going to even get back to me. I sent a follow up email the day after and never had a response, then i sent another two weeks later and was told they moved on to other candidates.
I was excited to interview at this company but overall i think i dodged a bullet - I am smart, curious, a hard worker, and graduated with honors, but i don't do well with snobs and would rather work in an open and encouraging environment where people can be themselves and work together. Adios, DEKA!

Interview
Was a phone screening and they asked if I wanted to interview for this position. The online interview was with two other people. One of the interviewers was a huge jerk. I had another interview for a different position but decline the 2nd round interview because the first interview left a sour taste in my mouth.
