DEKA Research and Development Test Engineer interview questions

I was initially sent an email saying I had not been selected to interview, then later another that I had been. The recruiter I'm charge left the company midway through the process, resulting in some further confusion. HR screening and one on one interview by phone, followed by a four person interview panel over Amazon Chime. Both interviews featured a lot of monologuing by the employees. The interviewing director paid almost no attention and was clearly busy with other work. There were significant problems with using the whiteboard and screen share features, which ended up counting heavily against me. No traditional interview questions. After the second interview I was assured I would hear back within a week, but heard nothing until a form email three weeks later, and the form letter wasn't even the correct template for the situation.
