The opportunity came through a recruiter who descibed the culture as hard working and laid back. The initial interview was with the recruiter who did an excellent job at screening me and offering all the information she had about the company, the position, the people and the culture. After the recruiter, I met with the hiring manager who truly took an interest in my background and had interesting questions about it. The process continued another day with meeting several other department managers. The company is concerned with skills and also an individuals personal values and how they fit into the culture. They value " team" and take the necessary steps to ensure that everyone is on board when they extend an offer.
