I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at DELAGET (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2022
Interview
Although lengthy in terms of content they really rushed it fast, initial interview to offer was 8 days, initial interview, coding exercise in C#, interview to review coding exercise, schema design exercise, bunch of meetings with different departments just as introductions/questions, hr questions, review of schema design exercise. That sounds like a lot but there was mainly 3 important bits, initial interview, C# exercise/review, schema exercise/review.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DELAGET (Saint Louis Park, MN) in Mar 2018
Interview
Initial phone screen with mostly behavioral questions and very simple OOP technical questions. Follow up in person interview with a tour of the office. Actual in person interview consisted of more behavioral and situational based questions with the development team, and a mock code interview of a previous project of yours. The interviewers were very nice and expressed interest in getting to know me and where I may fit in their team. the overall experience and impression was very positive.
