Interview
I was interviewed by the HR manager and Department head. They were very professional and polite. They asked a mix of job-related questions(simple programming questions), which I had to do on a whiteboard, and some personality questions.

Talk about one of your greatest weakness and how you overcame it.
The interview feels like defending a capston haha, for the initial interview you will be asked about yourself and about their products don't worry because before going to the interview you will be introduced to the background of denso.
The interview using english and the HR is fun so the candidate not nervous. And the HR has good capability to get candidate information, and encourage candidate to show their best quality
Very traditional Japanese style, you just need good speak and listen Japanese and a bit technical skill. Mainly it is not difficult but you need to perform as pro as you can.
