Very professional environment. Typically Japanese. gave a 4 page questionnaire to fill up. essentially write down your resume by hand. The hr organises the process fairly well. Didn't offer us tea even though....

All questiones derived from the CV. Be firm in what you belive and what you did. If you have been honest in your CV the questions would seem fairly easy.
