Interview
Phone interview with HR Manager first. It was a short phone interview. She asked basic questions about myself and why do I like to work in DFS.
The personal interview with the HR manager and the Product Sales manager. They asked about my working experience, customer service, and team work questions.
They told me I would be having a online test from Singapore. (I'm still waiting on this stage)
