I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DFS Group (Singapore) in Mar 2013
Interview
Got called up for the first round which was the group assessment centre at their Scottswalk office. It lasted for about five hours and mostly comprised of case studies done in groups of 4 to 5. The case studies were problems that the MTs have encountered while on the job, so they want to see how you would approach these problems (and take note, they only give 5 minutes per case for a team to work on the solutions). Groups can present in any format, from role plays to simple reading off the list, etc.
Other components involved a 15-minute writing test that is also a similar case question (short one), and tests your ability to resolve the problem in the short amount of tiem given.
