phone interview with basic questions, lasted 20minutes, around 7 questions.
then when u go to the office There were 2 case study presentations during the assessment centre. Each group had to present twice and only a short amount of time was given to prepare.

I went for the Assessment Center. There were 3 groups of 5 interviewees each. Business situations that are relevant to DFS business was given to the groups, where discussion of the case was done within 5 mins. A group presentation was required, followed by critique by another group. There were in total 2 cases for each group to be done.

Business cases were mostly manageable. Time management was an issue because prep time, presentation and critique all had to be completed in 5 mins each.
