1. Phone interview if you are qualified
2. Face to face interview with HR, just ask you some simple question
3. Face to face with management, will ask you more details about your skills.( depends on what position that you apply for)
First interview by phone, few questions to answer and to give your motivation. Second interview at the office the person arrived with 15mns late. They did not take the care to give an answer after 2 interviews which is the basis in the hr profession.
