I applied through college or university. I interviewed at DFS Group (Orchard, ) in Feb 2014
Interview
Assessment centre was not as stressful as expected, pretty light-hearted and very friendly people. Total of 15 people, split into 3 groups of 5. Had to do 2 case discussions with only 5 minutes to discuss and 5 minutes to present. Being able to think on your feet is very important and almost no preparation can be done for it. Case questions were very real life management problems.
