Interview
I got the interview through a head hunter who had advertised the role in a local classifieds app. In total I had 5 rounds of interviews including a presentation and a leadership assessment test. While my interviews all happened in a span of a month, it took another month for the offer to come through.

-How have you previously resolved a conflict in your team
-What do you look for in a supervisor and do you demonstrate these qualities while supervising your team
-How do you demonstrate integrity (this might be a trick question and thus its best to answer it objectively without getting into too much detail with the answer)

Interview
Consisted of first round interview and presentation in second round inreview. Before this it was a phone interview with their recruiting team. When everything is said and done the interview seemed like a way for the hiring manager to get free consulting to learn more about the technical processes in her team. Also, they ghosted me after the second round.
