I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at DFS Group in Jan 2015
Interview
Contacted for a first introductory phone interview at the beginning of January. I was asked to talked about my CV, when I was available, when it would have graduated.
A second phone interview, still with the HR, followed. It lasted around 90 minutes and I was asked at least 30 questions, typical of a profiling-type interview.
I passed this step and I moved to the group assessment. It lasted all the afternoon: after a company presentation we were divided in groups, where each had two cases to solve. Moreover, we had to comment on the decision making process and outcome of another group solving a different case.
I moved to a face to face interview with a manager. He went through my CV again, checked my expectations and my motivation.
I moved to the final round, which was in February, with another manager. It was the same type of interview.
I was told that I would have received the results in March, but we are now in June and I haven't heard anymore from them despite I sent several email asking at least a feedback.
