Interview
HR asking the interview question is normal, make sense. Need to interview 2-3 round depend on your role and level. each time around 1-1.5 hours. 1 round HR , 2nd round is dept head. 3rd is the dept in charge.
Smooth and efficient with little to no hassles. Easy questions. Easy flow. Flexible with dates and arrangements. Interview wasn’t very structured but easy. Do your homework on the company and you’ll be fine.
2 rounds of interview. One by the Vice President Operations. And another by the General Manager. Interviewers were pleasant. Was tested on quick mental calculations by the GM on percentages and discounts.
