Incompetent and disorganised interview process. The initial phone call was okay, but wasted as most or all of what I said was not passed on to the next stage. This next stage was an in-person interview with two managers. The "senior" manager confessed that she is only just now looking at the resume for the first time. Unfortunately, neither interviewer seemed to know anything about me, which invalidates my first interview. This interviewer was surly. Even as I went to leave, she turned away without even so much as goodbye, not even looking. For such a world-class, innovative brand in luxury travel retail, it's such a pathetic experience from the manager interviewers and a clear sign of the kind of disorganisation and disrespect one will encounter upon employment. The experience demonstrated that this is definitely not the place to work. (Thankfully, I was able to see the red flags at the interview stage). There was a general staleness to the place, indicative of the surrounding work environment at the business.
Asked if there is any prior luxury retail sales experience. And they will assign you to different category based on the experience. Currently beauty category has the highest chance to get hired.
