DFS Group interview questions

Very friendly interviewers. Normal questions to get to know you and competency-based questions. Only interviews, no written tests or quiz. Panel interview was quite nerve-wrecking although they try to make it friendly.

The first interview was 1:1 with HR manager. She was really nice and the interview was some basic interview questions. The second interview was a phone interview, which is profiling. This interview was much longer than the first. The third and final interview was with the GM, AGMs, and HR director etc. The panel interview was friendly, and the DFS culture was really good. There wasn't much hierarchy and everyone was really friendly. However I guess i didn't do well for the interview, and I was too nervous because I really wanted the position, so I was rejected. But overall I still had a very good impression of the company.
