online application form, followed by a series of online tests numerical, work and pattern recognition , telephone interview asking about why I want to work for DHL and what are my strengths, assessment center with around 30 other people had a variety of group tasks finished with a 1-1 interview, took around 4 months to get through the whole process.

Interview
Assessment Centre consisted of a quick intro at the beginning followed by 4 different activities: group scrabble, group discussion and presentation, individual presentation and 1 on 1 interview. What was great about this assessment centre was feedback was actually given, which i found really helpful and appreciative of (so many other companies don't bother with personalised feedback after an Assessment Centre)
