First you will sit with a current employee and listen to their calls you can ask questions, while you are sitting next to the employee a supervisor will come get you for a one on one interview, the last step to the interview process you will do different activities with the other potential employee
Very straightforward interview process, great communication and welcoming atmosphere. Challenging questions based on experience and what i would bring to the table. The largest focus however was whether I would be a good cultural fit, which DHL take extremely seriously. I got the impression a good culture was of paramount importance.
