Interview
I was contacted by a DHL recruiter to interview for the Operations Supervisor. I interviewed with 2 employees from DHL that seemed to go well. Two weeks later I was contacted by the recruiter requesting my location preferences, leading me to believe the company was interested in moving me to the next round. However, I waited another 4 weeks and then decided to contact the recruiter. They did not have any updates, but said they wanted to consider me an active candidate. Six weeks after that I received a rejection letter. Overall, I waited 12 weeks to hear an official response from my first interview. It was extremely unprofessional and way too long of a wait for a candidate. I was unsure whether to keep considering them as an option as I was interviewing for other positions. Regardless of whether I was moving on or not, it would have been nice to have some communication.
