1st round consists of a phone screening by a recruiter which lasted about 25 minutes. 2nd round was with a management employee of DHL and was about an hour long. They asked specific questions on my resume and went into detail about the position and what to expect

Super easy interview process - really just one behavioral interview. They asked about why operations, a tell me about yourself, leadership style, etc. One phone call interview that was a vibe check, another zoom interview.

Interview
Pretty straightforward, I was interviewed by the hiring manager. And he just wanted to see how I could relate my past work experience to the operations team. It's no different from any other interview.
It was an online pre recorded interview that was quite difficult as the process is awkward. Would have much preferred a teams or face to face interview. However they could give some more guidance on how to answer the pre recorded questions before hand
