No interview, due to covid, just a medical followed by an informal chat by a manager who just so happens to be sitting outside. Recruitment process needs to improve as start dates can change at short notice resulting in you not being paid if you have left a job.

Only those who speak excellent English are valued, if your B1 level is not even worth trying, you will not get a job. On the company website and in job advertisements, they indicate equal opportunities, but no one will evaluate your level of professionalism, only your level of English. No fair treatment when hiring. Some discrimination, for some reason they think that those who speak English fluently are better than others. If you really need a job, you are responsible, persistent, focus on details, but you do not know the language perfectly, you will not get a job. But this is not indicated anywhere, you will simply be refused at the interview.
