Initially I interviewed over the phone with some standard behavior based questions. I got a call back and was asked to interview in person. My interview in person was very unusual.
I met with the team I would potentially be working with, 2 of them, and they were extremely friendly and outgoing. They made me feel really comfortable and the facilities were very nice. They were also extremely positive. They gave me a lot of information about the company and asked me if I had any questions. I asked my questions, such as what is your favorite part about working here, what is the culture like, etc. Afterword they talked some more about the company and kept asking me if I had any questions. They never really interviewed me. They asked if I knew Microsoft Excel and they asked me to tell them a little about myself. Those were the only two questions they asked. I'm not sure they had policies in place yet for conducting interviews and it seemed like they were making it up as they went along. I did not get an offer and I did not know what I was getting judged on because I was not asked any questions.
They were one of the friendliest group of people I have interviewed with.
