Positive interview with first line recruiter with follow up and assistance throughout the process. Casual, informal beginning interview to start with help afterward for moving forward. Recruiter was positive and informative about role expectations for the position and the company's outlook.
The entire process was easy and straightforward. It's a competitive industry so make sure you know what you're talking about. Be yourself and you'll do fine. The typical interview questions are asked.

Interview
3 step interview. They first did a preliminary phone interview to qualify me then they scheduled me in for an in-person appointment. During the in-person interview they ran through most of what we did over the phone but we had two or three other people in the interview and they asked me scenario-based questions.
The last interview they did with me was pretty much a offer interview.
