Interview
Two rounds of phone interviews with Operations Supervisor. Third round was an online interview with 300 other candidates. First, you introduce yourself with a PowerPoint. Then, you talk to former interns about their experience. Lastly, you interview one-on-one with two different Operations Supervisors.

Interview
First step was a quick phone call with a recruiter, second step was Intern Day. Intern Day you were asked to present a quick presentation about yourself. Short one on one interviews happened after.

Interview process was only 2 steps: a virtual behavioral interview with a dhl manager, and then the intern day, which is either in person or virtual depending on your region.

Interview
Asynchronous online interview followed by a group interview day that consisted of 12 candidates giving 3 minute presentations to regional team members. After presentations, we broke out into 2 on 1 interviews.
