You are called to set up an intervew through a temp agency first, take a drug test with the temp agency, fill out paper work. Then you are set up to interview with upper management. I felt very comforatable during my interview since had been a long time since I last interview with any company. If you are chosen to move forward, a time is set up to speak to a HR rep from the company. You will know if you have the job within a day or 2.

Entspannter Austausch über bisherige Stationen und welche Erwartungen man hat.
Im Gespräch waren zwei Personen die sehr wertschätzend nach meinen bisherigen Stationen gefragt haben und mir dann erzählt haben, wie der Job bei ihnen läuft. Wir haben uns zudem sehr transparent über die Konditionen unterhalten und es gab im Anschluss ein Angebot, das mit ausgesprochen wurde. Dann ging alles ganz schnell und mein Vertrag wurde fertig gemacht. Das Gespräch war sehr angenehm und fand auf Augenhöhe statt.

A primeira fase foi feita pela empresa de recrutamento Luandre e a primeira fase era responder um teste de inglês e fazer uma redação com tema livre em português. Depois a recrutadora fazia umas perguntas para cada candidato sobre suas experiências. Caso fosse aprovado nessa fase, o candidato receberia uma ligação em inglês no mesmo dia para fazer uma avaliação por telefone e a última fase foi uma entrevista com o gestor da área da DHL.
