Applied online, completed phone screening, and had an interview online a week later. Job description had differences from what was posted and what was on LinkedIn/Glassdoor, not sure why. No follow up from hiring manager or recruiter, no email, no nothing. Increasingly frustrated over a lack of common courtesy and professionalism to call and let someone know they didn't receive a position, an email is better than nothing. Just ghosted.
