Went for my interview as a LAB Assistant at DHR with the microbiology department. Got there 15 minutes earlier seeing another one or two people being interviewed at the same time. When it was my turn I got a little tour of the microbiology dept + a look at my responsibilities. They asked questions on what I was looking for in the position, and why I had applied for that position. Asked me some personal questions as too what I wanted to do in the future and things I do for enjoyment. I really liked the interview process. It seems more like a nice conversation compared to a Q and A. I did not receive an offer most likely due to a scheduling conflict in the hours they needed but who knows.
