Was referred to the CEO for the position. Took me a week to get an interview, after many calls, emails, and messages I finally got an appointment for my interview. While at the interview I was not given the attention at all, was interviewed for "45 minutes", not really that was the time I was inside the office, during my interview there was a 20minute phone call, and many interruptions. Unfortunately the interruptions did not favor me and there were many misunderstandings that affected my probability of getting a second interview or taken into consideration for the job. Was asked to call 5 days after my interview to ask if I will have a second interview or see what next step was to be taken. Calls and messages were never returned and was never notified (formally notified) if I was going to get a second interview or if I was no longer a candidate, nor that the position was filled. Felt the situation was very unprofessional in so many levels.
