They didn't ask me anything difficult or specific, just about me and my experience and what I do at my other job (it pertained to the job I was offered because of my experience.)

Phone Interview. Straight forward. Asked to descibed myself and what skills i have that can help with the role. Whole interview took 30 min. Waited a few days until i got a response in by email.

Interview process was very simple, asked about 7-10 questions. Highly focused on customer service. Asked questions such as "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" "Give an example of overcoming a hardship."

Very relaxed, casual, be prepared to be asked about your strengths and your weaknesses. Recommended to dress up in button up, will ask if you have competed in any sports growing up.
