Interview
Interview process was extremely casual. I dressed casually to the interview (khakis, dress shirt) but found I was extremely overdressed and it was slightly awkward. Maybe it helped, maybe they don't care. I was asked some basic questions about sports, team environments, what sports I played, and challenges I have overcome. It was pretty straight forward. The manager took notes of my responses. I later had a call back interview with the store manager which was even more informal and more of a getting to know you type interview. We just kind of talked about sports and we both got into rants about participation trophies in youth sports.

Interview process was easy. Super helpful and wanted me to be there. The manager is a super nice guy, and wants to help you. The process to get the email was great and setting it up was just clicking a couple of buttons.
