Filled out online application. Met with department manager for a few questions. Given a test that I think was just to find the trust of the candidate. If passed both rounds, you meet with the store manager and he/she asks the same questions as the department manager. Can be hired on the spot.

Interview was nice and relaxed. Pretty much asked about your work history and what interests you as a person. Very easy going and was hired a couple of days later.
