Got through the screening processes easily by going in and introducing myself to get an interview. Had to call often to keep the ball rolling. 2 interviews by different managers.

Very straightforward and seemed very black and white. There were no frills about it. As long as your resume and personality were positive, you will be okay. Just being a team player and available seems to help.
Somewhat frustrating, Via Teams on chat with COE. I waited for 30 minutes to get a response and only was asked to answer"Okay" after reading the briefing. It was the waiting for him to chat back that was very frustrating.
Very straightforward and easy. Questions were very direct and to the point. They never made you feel pressured or gave an inadequate response. Very respectful. Would enjoy if every interview was this direct and respectful
