Interview
They call you to schedule an interview a week after applying. The first interview is with an assistant manager. Then after two days I had a second interview with the store manager. All questions were sport and customer service related. They asked a lot about your leadership opportunities when playing sports either in high school or in a club. They also ask you to explain previous customer experiences.

Phone Interview. Straight forward. Asked to descibed myself and what skills i have that can help with the role. Whole interview took 30 min. Waited a few days until i got a response in by email.

Interview process was very simple, asked about 7-10 questions. Highly focused on customer service. Asked questions such as "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" "Give an example of overcoming a hardship."

Very relaxed, casual, be prepared to be asked about your strengths and your weaknesses. Recommended to dress up in button up, will ask if you have competed in any sports growing up.
