Interview
The interview process was easy...went through a total of 2 interviews and was offered the job at the end of the second one. I actually got offered the cashier job in addition to a job as a tennis sales associate, and I had had no prior retail experience...only customer service experience. They are really looking for people who are confident and have a passion for sports. Starting salary he offered me was $9.50 an hour.

Phone Interview. Straight forward. Asked to descibed myself and what skills i have that can help with the role. Whole interview took 30 min. Waited a few days until i got a response in by email.

Interview process was very simple, asked about 7-10 questions. Highly focused on customer service. Asked questions such as "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" "Give an example of overcoming a hardship."

Very relaxed, casual, be prepared to be asked about your strengths and your weaknesses. Recommended to dress up in button up, will ask if you have competed in any sports growing up.
