An associate at the store referred me to his manager and I was introduced to the manager. I went in on another day to talk to the manager. He asked me a few questions about what I knew about the store. The manager continued to tell me what he expected of his associates and we agreed on a starting date.

Very short - phone screen followed by an in-store interview. The questions were mostly centered on retail experience, customer service questions, and availability. The entire process took about 3 weeks.
It isVery easy. It is Super chill. It is Really good people. It is Easy to talk to. It is Not too formal. The manager was chill. The expectations were clear. It was not awkward at all.
