A very easy process mostly consisting of "Where do you see your self in 5 years?" The general feel of the process was, they will employ anyone who wants to work.

Easy recruiter interview, a more involved phone interview with the OM. The final face to face with the FSM was enjoyable and personable. The entire process spanned over 2 months from the first interview to being sent into training.
