I submitted an application online and was contacted by email within 24 hours to schedule an interview. I had a phone interview within four days of submitting my application. At the end of the phone interview I was asked to take an online assessment test (CEB's SHL). The assessment took approximately an hour to complete. I had another phone interview and received followup that another candidate had been selected. The interviewer was very pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in understanding my interest in the position.
