long drawn out very impersonal, started with questionaire. phone interview then a personal interview with operations manager. then waiting 2 weeks before answer. then accepting position then trave to training in seattle then had to ride along for 2 weeks but it was split up.

I was sat down for a 1st interview and talked to interviewer about previous work experience. He then told me what dish is like. I impressed him and asked if i could stick around for a 2nd interview with the im. Talked with her snd got a call a week later to start (this was 10 years ago and is not the same process now)

All interviews were over the phone. Never met a dish employee until I met the trainers at the training center.
After phone interview I was sent a drug screen firm via fed ex to take to a clinic. Once the results came back things sped up.
