Interview
I found the job on craigslist with a link that directs to their job site. I applied for the job online and thereafter was asked to perform a long list of question online (questionnaire). After the questionnaire, I was asked to come in for an interview (set up a schedule). Upon arrival to the site for interview, candidates are asked to sign in, fill out application and then take a computer generated quiz. The computer quiz has will go over different aspects of the job and general customer service questions.
After completing the quiz, two managers will interview you and that completed the process. I was called two weeks later with an offer for the job and I accepted.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at DISH in Jun 2025
Interview
The interview was done online and lasted about 30 minutes. The recruiter was gracious, professional, and very easy to talk to. She had a lot of information to discuss, which is good as she was thorough in making sure I, as a candidate, knew what I was getting into. So, communication and honesty were emphasized, which helped me in making my decision. Most of the interview was reviewing DISH culture and policies and ensuring I understood them. She then asked approximately 3 situational questions and a few relatively personal questions to get to know more about my personality. They weren't difficult questions, but should be answered in STAR format. I believe one of them was about learning a new skill and applying it in the context of customer service. This interview was one of the better ones that I have experienced in my life, so I don't really have anything negative or critical to say.
