Interview
Several weeks after I submitted my application I received an out of state phone call from a centralized HR office. The representative had very little knowledge of the actual job duties, and was very vague on the benefits. After two phone interviews, I was scheduled for an in person interview at the local office. I arrived and the man who was to interview me had no idea I was coming in today. He had a subordinate interview me. He seemed ill prepared and winged most of the interview. It helped being outspoken and trying to do all the talking to steer the conversation where I wanted it to go, because he had no idea what he was doing.
