Interview
I applied online and was contacted by HR for a phone interview. Phone interview was basic questions and went over requirements. Interviewer was up front about the duties and kind of stuff you have to deal with and made sure you could do the job, he also gave a starting pay and described some of the other great benefits. I was very excited to make it to the next step, this job was for me and the compensation was right in my ball park. Set up an in person interview with the location manager. The instructions said business professional suit and tie or button up and slacks. One of the other requirements for the job was facial hair kept neat and clean. I show up to the interview in dress pants, dress shoes, a tie, and a nice button up. The guy interviewing me was in a hoodie and jeans and had a huge beard. This interview was too easy. Basic questions and reviewed the requirements of the job. He however offered a lower starting wage and told me it could take years to advance and there was many people waiting to get into management roles.
