The process included 4 interviews (one of which was a panel) and 2 general intelligence tests. One was an IQ test and one was an inference/logic test. I found the process to be fairly standard overall, although the tests were a bit time intensive. The interviewers were friendly and the atmosphere relaxed throughout which I appreciated. My recruiter, Shelby Schaab, was extremely communicative compared to experiences I've had at other companies. I definitely appreciated that I never had to wonder what was going on.
