Not a very rigorous process. I was contact and screened by an HR person who was very accommodating. Then spoke by phone to a BA on the team who provided information about the project. After that, I had an in-person interview with two BAs, and phone interviews with the Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager. None of the interviews were very rigorous, focusing mostly on my skills and previous work experience.
