I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DLA Piper
Interview
Applied and interview was set up for a week later. HR employee was lovely and I instantly knew from my conversation with her that DLA would be a great place to work. She set up the second interview then and there for a week later. Again, interview was with another HR employee and again was more of a conversation rather than an interrogation style of interview that I had seen at other places. Definitely cemented the fact I wanted to work at DLA.

Easygoing interview. The interviewer was very knowledgable but friendly, which made me feel comfortable. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. Very fast process - received an invitation to interview email on Friday for Monday, had the interview on Monday, and received an offer a few hours after the interview.
