There was an initial online application about you and a news story that interested you.
This was followed by a three-stage (group pitch, one-to-one interview and legal/business case study) assessment centre in their London office.
Telephone interview, via Teams link and Email.
One to one with HR manager.
With camera on.
No professional talks.
Casual talks with intention to show your motivation and personal background knowledge, or personality etc.

Interview
Online Watson glaser then AC in person. Group task and partner interview. Fairly standard procedure. No real surprises. Lots of time to interact with HR and other candidates but it does feel like you are being watched the whole time.
Assessment centre included a group presentation, individual presentation, and individual interview. The interview involved strength based questions as well as your motivations for DLA piper. you should use previous experiences to help your answer
