I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DLR Group (Washington, DC) in Dec 2023
Interview
The entire process took about a month due to the Holidays. Got contacted to set up an interview three days after I applied. The interview took place two weeks later with a senior associate. I discussed my prior experiences and the company culture. It was a good conversation, and the senior associate was respectful and interested. I was asked to schedule a second interview with the regional discipline lead the next day, and the interview occurred about a week later, similar to the first interview. Was given an offer a week later.
